The follow trash mobs in Azure Vault do not have nameplate timers
Conjured Lasher - Mystic Vapors
Nullmagic Hornswog - Null Stomp

Describe the solution you'd like
I am unsure if these abilities should have nameplate timers, since multiple of these mobs are usually pulled at once.
For the Lashers, usually AOE stops are used to interrupt them. Nameplate timers may add to clutter.
For the Hornswog specifically, Null Stomp has a very short recast timer, and players can just sidestep the ground AOE.
