Describe the bug

  1. General timer errors for Mists and Siege, no timer errors for City of Threads, but transcript is included.
  2. Volatile Acid will warn multiple times if a person gets two stacks at once - not sure if anti-spam is needed or if it should be left as is, because double warnings can indicate more healing or care is needed
