GUI error - Trash is named "name" in the config window
Trash - Twilight Destroyer - Umbral Wind has no warning on M0 difficulty. Also needs a nameplate timer.
Drahga Shadowburner/Valiona:

• Timer error for Devouring Flames
• Twilight Buffet should have countdown audio enabled by default, it's a very massive knockback that players need to pre-position for.

Ara-Kara
Trash - Nerubian Hauler - Massive Slam has no timer. It is a groupwide 60 yard AOE that stuns for 1 second.

Mists of Tirna Scithe
A lot of LUA error spam during the maze portion of the dungeon. Unsure if related to debug mode or not.
