Describe the bug

1. Necrotic Wake - Blightbone - Heaving Retch timer error, possibly caused by Hunter feign death.
2. Necrotic Wake trash - "Mutilate" is usually only on the tank and does not cleave (will one-shot non-tanks). However, DBM's default warning is on everyone.
3. The Stonevault - Forge Speakers - Exhaust Vents timer error
4. City of Threads trash - Ravenous Swarm has no warning
5. Dawnbreaker - Shadowcrown timer error, possibly related to boss death

1. You are correct. timer is fine, the cast was restarted because hunter redirected it to someone else.
2. mutilate is set to tank|healer only. if you're healing this dungeon that is why you also see it. you heal the tank that's tanking the mutiliate
