Timer errors with Siege of Boralus, Necrotic Wake (Affix: Devour)

Describe the bug
- Siege of Boralus - general timer errors
- Necrotic Wake - Spine Crush error might be related to tank moving mob, Drain Fluids error possibly related to feign death?
- Necrotic Wake trash - Rotspew - Spew Disease should have it's countdown audio default to ON for melee DPS (it hits hard and the players should be prepared)
Do you have an error log of what happened?
Siege of Boralus transcript is NOT on debug mode because I forgot.
Necrotic Wake is on debug level 2.
