Significant spam when selecting challenge mode on Awakening the Machine

Describe the bug
Timers should probably be turned off if challenge mode is selected, as the mobs spawn nonstop.
Do you have an error log of what happened?

- Do Awakening the Machine event
- Tell the NPC you want a challenge.
- Get spammed
