Describe the bug

Multiple timer errors over 5 seconds. Screenshots not comprehensive.
On Swampface, my party members were saying {rt13} instead of the appropriate icon. I believe you said that you fixed this bug, however, I'm running Dungeon r191-6 alpha and this error still occurs. If the issue is fixed in Core, I was not running the latest version of it.
