Describe the bug

1. Multiple timer errors over 5 seconds. Screenshots not comprehensive.
2. Kul'tharok has received a rework.
3. Request for timer on Portal Guardian (trash mob) - Soulstorm - this is a big unavoidable AOE

Kul'tharok
Draw Soul - mechanic is different now. Functions similar to the Yazma from Atal'Dazar. Boss summons ghosts from players that walk towards boss. Players now have to deal with mechanic by stacking until the ghosts spawn, then CC and nuke adds ASAP. If the ghost reaches boss, the player likely dies.
Well of Darkness cannot be dispelled, it's a spread mechanic. DBM Warning needs correction. Players get a circle around them that damages themselves and also other players in the circle.
