Low priority: Theater of Pain micro timer errors under 1 second + RP timer adjustment

Describe the bug
- Timer errors under 1 second, might just be the tank kiting.
- RP timer for Mordretha, the Endless Empress should be increased by 0.5 second. This was in my previous ticket but not addressed, so let me know if you are intentionally leaving it as is.

Which version of DeadlyBossMods are you using?
Dungeons r193-15 alpha
the RP timer will likely not be adjusted. most RP timers use the floor of a variance to avoid anyone wasting a prepot.
