Not related to another problem. Court of Stars hints should also post English hints to chat, in addition to the localized hints.

Currently, hints posted in chat are only posted in the local clients' language, littlewigs will also post english in addition.
Describe alternatives you've considered
if showing both languages is not an option, default to English if the group is mixed (server names etc.)

Additional context
Why? Using the party finder, the audience is very mixed, especially in Europe, it doesn't help anymore if a hint gets posted but in a language, I cannot read, English is known across all countries, therefore the approach from littlewigs is great, hosting localized and English hints.
