mythic guldan always is marked wipe when illidan body phase start

Something is happening when creating the ticket and the information is not loading, I'm posting it again below:

when body phase of illidan start, dbm always mark the fight in a wipe:

Yeah somehow sylvanas broke too and I had to fix that one. it seems something changed since then that causes encounterinprogress to return false, it's not supposed to do that. basically blizzard themselves is reporting the encounter as over before it is. so I have to now add ignores for this bad behavior. I'll fix this like I fixed sylvanas with an extended nowipe rule now that api can't be trusted to be valid
