Primal Council - Can Conductive Mark in LFR be reduced to a warning every 5-6 seconds instead of every 2-3 seconds? In LFR the mark is usually permanent (especially for melee) because players do not take the circle to the pillars to clear it. As such, players are constantly getting spammed with a noisy warning.

Raszageth - Stormsurge - warning says to spread, but there is no penalty for stacking in LFR. Should the warning be removed? Or perhaps changed to personal defensive/healer CD?
