Development can sometimes hinge on having latest journal asap. That's not always true when relying on 3rd party site that don't have same priorities. Not a fault on those sites as very few need this as asap as guilds doing mythic raid testing and boss mod authors.

DBM needs it's own parser that can auto import the database files immediately on a new build and construct it into a journal that's in a readable format, and of course still link to sites like wowhead when journal provides spell Id info. once up and running, would help streamline ptr/beta mod creation without having to wait sometimes hours/days for someone else to do it. This can create set backs and even unhealthy crunch.
