Do you have an error log of what happened?
I think all problematic bosses have logs and King Mechagon has multiple pulls.

Did you try having DeadlyBossMods as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?
No.

Which version of DeadlyBossMods are you using?

Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one?
Not sure about timers but I think Platinum Plating worked before?

Additional context
It was in Hard Mode if it matters.
