Describe the bug
Going into Phase two after the 1st portal (which should be 60 seconds, not the current 25), no additional timers are generated for brain portals

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error log.

To Reproduce
Enter Yogg Saron fight in WotLK PTR, enter P2, after the first brain portal spawn there are no additional timers.
