auto-repair spends the player's gold instead of using guild's gold in the first place

Gonna add this back eventually. The reason I haven't added it yet is because the old code is buggy and doesn't actually work at times. For example, sometimes it will say that Guild money was used even if it used player money. I'll need to take some time to find a better way of handling it before adding it back.

Is this still in the works?
Another potential to that would be include a discount rate option, like if you are Exalted it will do the repair
