Hello! After relogging all the options from Bars: General are reset to the default ones

automation settings are indeed reset on relog.

confirm, also any setting in automation

quite annoying as i enjoy this skin, but do not want to see details in combat

A workaround till it's fixed is to save a skin with the settings you've changed, and then load that every time you either relog or reload.
