Bug Report: Bar size won't fit the window body

I'm using the lastest version from discord as of 10/14, Details.v9.0.1.7906.142.zip.
When you set the border size to "0" it seems to be a negative border so that makes it impossible to fit the bar into the window body. This specific layout gets scuffed.
Just found out after testing on multiple skins, any border you apply to the bar (DPS/Heal e.g.) makes the bar it self to be bigger than the window body.
