Tiny Threat plugin missing / old one not working

The Tiny Threat plugin is no longer included when Details is installed and copying the old one does just create a Tiny Threat entry that will not work.
I have the same issue. I have the latest version of Details installed: DetailsRetail.9.0.2.8102.144
Details! Version R8102
Game Version v9.0.2
Any help here? WoW says that the Details core addon works, but ALL of the plugins are Out of Date. When I turn the plugins on anyway, they don't show up as seen in the Details interface when logged in. Tiny Threat is what I need, but it is elusive so far.
I've also been encountering the problem (in WoW Classic). Error and stack trace from Swatter below:

And apologies for the error handling fluff from RCLC.
