Interrupt Announce Will Not Disable

Details! version: R7938
Game version: v9.0.1
It's impossible to disable interrupt announce. If I uncheck it then exit the options menu, it doesn't save it. If you open the options back up again, it's re-checked. I don't recall having this problem before the prepatch.
No Lua errors, by the way.
