Missing Performance Tweaks Tab

After minor update of the UI, Performance Tweaks tab is gone.
FAQ is not updated and still working with old UI.
This happened with a lot of updates at the start of pre-patch.
faq need update indeed.
the performance tweaks has been removed, some options moved to Display
