Before Start!

Make sure the bug also happen when Details! is the only addon enabled.

Describe the bug
On death I get this error message every time:
Details!: error occured on a death hook function: ...terface\AddOns\Details_Streamer\Details_Streamer.lua:1159: attempt to index local 'ev' (a number value)
