In both healing done and overheal popup window, overhealing (wasted) of spirit shell (healing spell of disc priest) is not counted properly.
I tested it in a couple boss fights, details window always showed it as around 1% (2k-5k) overheal, whereas logs showing it as 30%-50% (300k - 500k) overheal. The numbers are super far off. So, that leads me into thinking details is not counting the overheal of spirit shell.
