Before Start!

Make sure the bug also happen when Details! is the only addon enabled.

Game and Details! version
in game says wd 10662 release 10.0.7 (though curse app says 10.0.5)

Details does not seem to log holy priest divine image naaru spells (this is however shown in wow combat log).

The game does not provide a SPELL_SUMMON event for the DI being spawned. It used to, but on 10.0.7 blizz seems to have stopped that. There is evidently a hotfix on the way from blizz that should hopefully re-add that.
