It shows on every login. There is no way to mark this message as "read," no variable that tells the addon the user has seen the message or has changed the keybind in response to the message.

It's fine to show a message like this as it's an impactful change, but some way, automatic or otherwise, to mark it as read to stop it from showing would be preferable.
