Hiya, this is an incredibly niche request, so feel free to disregard if it's difficult to implement, or if you just don't want to.

I love this addon so much, and I especially love the quest item display pop-up, which allows me to read all the little bits of flavour text that I've never really paid attention to before.

However, the ideal place for that pop-up on my screen is also around the place where I like to have my tooltips, but I'd like it so that when the quest item pop-up appears, it appears on top of the tooltip, rather than behind it. I believe this is an issue of frame strata, and so it'd require that to be adjusted accordingly.
