tooltips won't display.

Tooltips won't display for any of my action buttons.. not sure why.

Usually this is either due to a Blizzard setting, or some other addon blowing up :)

The culprit seems to be Keybound... And that sucks!

Yup, it was Keybound. I had a separate stand-alone version of it installed. it's gone now.
