Not sure if this is a bug or not, but when I switch between two profiles it doesn't keep all my abilities where they were. I have a profile for raiding and a profile for normal play, really annoying to have to update both of them any time I want to move a spell

That's due to Dominos_ActionSets, which you can turn off.
