Execute's Activation border glow activates at 35% hp; even without the Massacre talent. It should activate at 20% hp without the Massacre talent. Doesn't happen in default blizzard UI with dominos disabled. Haven't been able to find a cause.

Can you test with Dominos + Dominos_Config only?
