[button:x] macros not working?

Hi :) I recently made a new UI and improved it with new, and hopefully, more leightweight addons. I heard about dominos and tried it and it rocked :) Thanks for an awesome addon.
Anyway, my issue right now is that all my macros got their [btn:2] function broken :< The rest of the macro works as before but when clicking with btn:2 nothing happens.
I used bartender before and everything worked. Also this new UI is on a completely new installation of wow.
Ex.
showtooltip Disenchant
/cast [button:1] Disenchant
/use [button:2] Enchanting
The btn:2 function doesn't respond. I got alot other macros with btn:2 functions and none works. I get no error message.
