a couple of times now I've tried to use my keybindings only to find that they (1234567890-=) have swapped and instead of controlling bar 1 they now do bar 8. there's no visible change, only the effect pressing the keys has
so far this happened both times while tanking different bosses in Blackwing Descent, but that part is probably coincidence

Are you getting any error messages?

nope no error messages, no indication at all of anything being wrong except that the buttons no longer work. took me a while before I noticed that they were trying to use the other bar as most of the corresponding buttons in that bar were empty, but once I dropped a /focus macro into that bar it became obvious
anyway the BWD was definetely coincidence, has since happened in ICC and SFK. so far I've only noticed it happen on my warrior, but that's the character I use most often so it might not be relevant

Is bar1 visible?

yes, it's still visible and even shows the keybind numbers on the buttons despite them no longer triggering that bar

Next up: what happens when you have just Dominos enabled?

I'll try to find out, but it's rather unpredictable when it happens and I need other mods enabled for raiding
