I thought it might be a neat idea if you could have show states work with Quick Paging.. So you could have bar 10 set to quick page to bar 5 out of combat and then to bar 6 in combat... I'm not sure if this is already possible, but I think it would be a very usable feature.

Dominos won't end up with this feature. ThunderCougarFalconBars (https://github.com/Tuller/ThunderCougarFalconBars) allows for this via dynamically remapping the stateheader for an action bar.
