Chat commands do not work while in Acherus (DK area)

Dominos chat commands do not seem to work at Acherus (legion version it seems). I'm attaching the bug report I got from Bugsack if that helps.

I tried /dom config as well as other commands like toggling bars, and they all result in that error. As soon as I hearthed to Dalaran, it worked fine.

I think this was fixed in the 10.x versions.
