Unable to use any hotkeys until /realod

Same issue daily, had to uninstall Dominos completely. Been doing it for months now, with issues opened for months and no fix I could find. Every time I changed maps to arena, instance, raid, overworld, toss up on whether would have to reload or not. Went forever just reloading by default on every zone change, but so tedious. Really great addon though, hope to be able to see this resolved!

What other addons are you running?

It usually pops after TPing out of a mythic+ run so I have addons related to that enabled.

Do you happen to have a macro on that particular action bar slot? In Dominos, this would be action bar 6, button 5.
