Bar fading issues after using summon demon flyout

Version 10.0.21-retail
I have the Summon Demon flyout on a bar that fades until mouseover. After using Summon Demon, the bar stays full opacity after moving the mouse away. No other bars will work with mouseover fading after this occurs. A reload of the UI fixes the issue.
