Currently, the only way to open the options for an action bar or other element controlled by dominos is to enter dominos' configuration mode and right click the element you want to configure. Unfortunately, when I have the "Sticky Bars" option enabled and right-click an element, the element "sticks" to a nearby element as if I had just dragged it.

There are two ways I can see to solve this: Don't ever do bar repositioning of any sort on right click (my preferred option, since right clicking has been the long-standing "open options window" method), or allow an alternative way to open the options window for an element.
