Is it possible to add an option for spells that go on cooldown to fade?, but not totally dissapear, maybe add a bar 0-100 from what you want when the spell is on cooldown.
I always wanted to see only the spells that are ready on my action bars while making the ones that i cannot use fade just a little...

I think this would be best handled by a different addon.
