Dropdown/Flyout menu does not work with keybind

When I put a dropdown/flyout menu such as Mage's teleport on a keybind, the keybind does not open the menu. Clicking on the button with mouse works, though. Not sure if this related to #712, but afaik the issue in that one is not directly related to keybind not working.
