Describe the solution you'd like
it'd be nice if Dominos could manage/move/reposition/configure these new bars, which are Blizzard's first attempt at providing a default display which mimics some of the features of common WeakAuras. they include:

• tracked buffs
• essential cooldowns
• utility cooldowns
• tracked bars

Not currently planning on making these movable in Dominos. I still need to work on better working with the Edit Mode UI overall.
