Dominos repeatedly reverting to primary spec talents when in secondary spec talents, every time a new zone loads, character death, teleported.. etc. dominos reverts to primary spec.

Wife is also experiencing this. Portals, bgs, etc all swap her to primary spec setup. Changing spec or relogging only temporarily fixes it.

I just tested it on mine (I use Elv) and it looks like it's blizzard. Elv does it, turned Elv off to use blizzard default - still does it.
