Icons started randomly flashing since 11.2 patch

Rotation helper is enabled (before patch was fine)

I just updated the addon to newer version, and this is still happening to me.

Do you happen to see if happen with the stock bars?

With the original bars, only one icon blinking (rather unpleasant, not like it was before the update to 11.2). BUT with the addon, all bars blinking, including all icons, if the icon that is in rotation queue missing from the action bar (for example, when dragonriding, here is only spells for dragonriding)
