So, I have noticed over the past couple of days, that the class bar now has my normal spells from my normal bars in it. If I remove them from the class bar, it also removes them from my normal bars. If I put them back on the normal bar, they appear once again on my class bar. I've looked at every option, and did some Googling, but haven't found a single thing to help fix the issue. This just started happening recently. Like, within the last couple days. Everything was fine until then, and I never had an issue.

A quick note: This only seems to happen on my Rogue/Druid and it seems to be affecting the bar that switches when I go into stealth. Any abilities I put in that bar are forever in the Class Bar now, and I don't know why.

EDIT: It also appears to be happening on my Warrior too. This is all linked to the bar that switches depending on Stance/Stealth. Anything put in there is in my class bar now, and it never was until recently. As far as I know, I didn't make a single change to anything in Dominos. It just all the sudden happened.

Yeah, I run a bunch of addons. This is the 20th Anniversary Server. While I am running a bunch of addons, none have ever, in the 15+ years of me using Dominos, messed with my bars like this before. In fact, for the most part, these are the same addons I've used since 2007 or later. It's completely strange and new. I'm not sure what could possibly be interfering with it. I mean, I could try disabling them all and turning them back on one at a time and see what happens, but I've never seen anything like this before.

I'm sorry for the lateness in my reply here. I just tried turning off every addon but Dominos and it was still displaying everything strangely. In fact, on my Warrior, when I try and change stances by clicking, I get a "not enough rage" message, so something is hiding behind my different stances that are pictured. If I push my keybind, it'll switch, but I cannot click to change what stance I'm in. I'm not sure if changing the keybinds to F1, F2, F3, etc is causing the issue, but this addon is messed up even with everything else disabled.

The only thing I ever did was change the keybinds on the Classbar, and everything was working fine up until a couple weeks ago. I don't know if that helps you at all, but that's where I stand right now.

Here's what it looks like on my Warrior. The screenshot doesn't show my cursor, but it's hovering over Battle Stance, but the tooltip says Hamstring. Such a strange bug...

Hey, man. I figured this out. I had action bar 7 on top of my class bar somehow. I had set that particular bar up for my hunter Aspects, since hunters don't seem to have a class bar for some reason, but didn't set the bars for him alone, so it ended up setting it up for all my toons. As soon as I moved the bar, and disabled it, everything was back to normal.

Sorry for the huge headache, as I'm sure you were wondering what the hell could have possibly been causing this. Believe me, I was wondering too, but I'm happy to let you know it was just a dumb mistake by myself.
