I undertand that the speedometer is linked to the vigor orbs, so they sit on top of them.

However, I use an addon that replaces the standard Blizzard UI (GW2 UI) and I can replace the Blizzard vigor orbs with a simpler energy bar above the power bars. As a consequence, DragonRide speedometer appears badly placed (shifted to the right).

If there was the possibility to move the speedometer to any position, I think it would solve this position problem with GW2 UI and other UI modifiers.
