[BUG] Target Castbar not appearing for long duration channels

When the "Show Ticks" option is selected for either the Target or Focus castbars, they cease to function for long duration channeled spells.

Examples:
Warlock's Ritual of Souls
Al'Akir's Electrocute
Mage's Ritual of Refreshment

To reproduce, select a Warlock channeling Ritual of Souls (for example) with "Show Ticks" enabled.
