Given WOW Classic Anniversary and DragonflightUI v0.23.5, the Tooltip module is not showing quest progress on mob tooltips. Worse, even after disabling this module, the UI remains bugged and wont show quest progression.

You need something like Questie, and Questie works with the new tooltip module:
