began work on adding options table - added skeleton framework back into code.

next steps to add slashcommands to open options panel, create options panel to include customizable list of emotes that are acceptable to use when emoting - likely will need to add a function to create each individual emote's checkbox AND individual's bool value

get/set methods are not called when attempting to toggle the options table values
