Hi! I've been using the addon in M+ pugs, mostly because healers get the blame whenever anything bad happens and I like to show that a lot of the time they were hit by a 1 shot cast and there was nothing I could do ;)

I know it's a bit of a marmite addon (if anything going by the comments on curse...) but I think one thing that would help is a threshold setting. It's not super useful to shout to the group that I lost 40% of my health from sanguine if I'm on Tol Dagor and I'm chasing after a tank and it's my only option, but alerting the group that someone died to a 1-shot/90% damage cast is probably more useful information.

I've opened a PR for it, it's sticking to the previous 40% default but allows configuration via options:
