Describe the bug
Not sure if this is intended or not, but the Equipment manager is not triggering if you zone into a new location. This was useful before because of using Teleport cloaks / rings / trinkets etc.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Equip a teleport item.
2. Use item.

Expected behavior*
Teleport item is unequipped and saved set is reloaded on arrival at destination.

Version (please complete the following information):

• Version ElvUI [12.13]
• Version Elvui_Enhanced [e.g. 4.0.0]
