Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'WoW Classic'
2. Click on 'Enter World'
3. Enable Minimap bar

Expected behavior
WIM Icon should be showing

Additional context
Minimap icon for WIM appears blank. Reloading ui sometimes fixes but not always.

Should be fix in 4.1.3
