PvP Autorelease Not Working

PVP Autorelease doesn't function at all.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Die in a BG with pvp autorelease turned on. You don't auto release.
Expected behavior
Die in a pvp with pvp autorelease turned on, you should instantly release instead of manually having to click.
